Fernby ships to addresses in the United States.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive an email with tracking when your order ships.

Delivery time

Items stocked in our US warehouse usually arrive in 3–6 business days. Items shipped from our international partner warehouse usually arrive in 7–15 business days. The expected delivery time is shown on each product page.

Shipping cost

Orders over $49 ship free. Orders under $49 have a flat $5.99 shipping fee.

Multiple packages

Orders with several items may arrive in separate packages.

Lost or damaged packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days or your item arrives damaged, email support@fernbydog.com with your order number and photos. We'll send a replacement or a refund.
