If your dog doesn't love it, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

How to start a return

Email support@fernbydog.com with your order number. We'll reply with return instructions within 1 business day.

Condition

Items should be clean and in resellable condition, except items that arrived defective.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the return. For defective or wrong items, we cover return shipping.
